Hey there, I’m Zaid—a fitness coach, gut health enthusiast, and someone who believes that getting in shape doesn’t need to be a full-time job.

Living in the fast-paced life of Singapore, I know how challenging it can be to juggle fitness, health, and a social life.

Whether it’s shedding those stubborn pounds, building muscle, or dealing with digestion issues, I’m here to share practical, no-stress tips to help you navigate it all without feeling overwhelmed.

I wasn’t always into fitness or health. Growing up, I was skinny but weak, and when I tried gaining weight, I just ended up skinny fat. On top of that, I struggled with acne, digestive issues, and chronic pain in my right leg, which made everyday life frustrating.

Eating out often led to stomach discomfort, and no skincare product ever seemed to help.

After years of trial and error, I decided to take control. I focused on strength training, gut health, and better movement, making small changes that completely transformed my body and energy.

To deepen my understanding, I got certified by NCSF and Precision Nutrition, so what I share is based on science, not just guesswork.

Now, I talk about fitness, food, and life in Singapore—without extreme diets or overcomplication.
